Even though I did not ultimately end up upgrading my car stereo with West Side Customs. I was blown away by the level of customer service I received working with Dale while I explored my options. Incredibly knowledgeable and he seemed genuinely dedicated to making sure I would be happy with my planned installation. Would recommend.

Dell installed a front and rear dash cam with a hardwire kit. He was able to come out the same day that I called. Professional, friendly, and clearly knows car electronics. Took his time to do it right, routed everything cleanly, and made sure it was all working before he left. Fair price for mobile service. Will be coming back for any future car electronics work!

I am more than impressed with Dell and his company. Very friendly and informative. He came to us which was a life saver for my 16 year old who needed his back up camera installed for his drivers test. We also received his tint service which turned out great! Fast and efficient. Would recommend him to anyone

Trustworthy, professional, and expert troubleshooter! Dale knows the car audio business - he diagnosed and replaced two speakers (marine-grade) for my vintage Jeep CJ7. He subsequently had to fine-tune the installation a few days later without charge. Why? Because he takes great pride in his workmanship and cares about customer satisfaction. Speakers sound great and fully installed at a reasonable price. He's also offered to be on standby if any issues arise - thank you Dale!
